Agreement on Citibank Mobile Usage

In connection with the administrative action, Citibank Japan will suspend solicitation of all Risk Products such as foreign currency deposits, mutual funds, and structured deposits that are handled by its Retail Banking Division from January 10 to February 9, 2012. This suspension does not restrict any activities with customers who wish to enter into a transaction with Citibank Japan voluntarily.

I agree with the above and that all transactions using Citibank Mobile are made entirely voluntarily and that I have not been solicited by Citibank Japan Ltd..
