The font color in the touch panel of new concept branch is dim and hard to read.

Based on the valuable voice from customers, we have changed the font color from Gray to Black on the touch panel. Please come and feel the comfort of using the system.

Jan. 2012

Right after I opened a bank account at Citibank, I went for an overseas business trip. Therefore, it was impossible to receive the restricted delivery mail sent to my home address in Japan. I made an overseas call to your phone center, however, I was requested to input my account number, which I did NOT have, to proceed further.
