  • Citibank Japan Ltd. will solicit financial products that we determine to be suitable for customer, based on their financial condition and their investment related knowledge and experience.
  • Citibank Japan Ltd. aims to provide sufficient information including the nature and the risk of individual products, so that the customers may take responsibility to make informed decisions based on their own.
  • Citibank Japan Ltd. will not make solicitation phone calls or visits during hours that are inappropriate for the customers.
  • Citibank Japan Ltd. trains employees to ensure appropriate solicitation activities are conducted.

  • Citibank Japan Ltd. will maintain strong internal control systems to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and implementation of appropriate solicitation activities.
