Publication of Cutoff Date for Change of Investor Classification

April 1, 2010

Dear Customers:

This letter is to notify you that, in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law which became effective on September 30, 2007, we will specify "the 30th day of September falling within one (1) year from the Acceptance Date" as the last day (Cutoff Date) of the period during which a customer other than a "Professional Investor" (a "General Investor") is treated as a "Professional Investor," as requested by the customer, irrespective of the Acceptance Date.

Note:
The last day (Cutoff Date) of the period during which a "Professional Investor" who made a request by March 31, 2010 is treated as a "General Investor" is September 30, 2010. Therefore, in case the customer does not request renewal of, or change to, the treatment as "General Investor," the customer will be treated as a "Professional Investor" on and after October 1, 2010.
