Publication of Cutoff Date for Change of Investor Classifcation

Dear Customers:

This letter is to notify you that, in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, which became effective on September 30, 2007, we will specify, irrespective of the Acceptance Date,"the 30th day of September falling within one (1) year from the Acceptance Date" as the last day (Cutoff Date) of the period during which a "Professional Investor" is treated as an"investor other than a Professional Investor" (a "General Investor") or a "General Investor" is treated as a "Professional Investor," as requested by customers.
