What to do when the Sign on page does not display correctly

If you encounter difficulties with viewing the Sign on page, please try to delete the cache and cookie from your browser. We have provided instructions on how to delete the cache and cookie from various browsers which you can choose from the selection below.

Many issues have been resolved by deleting the citibank.co.jp cookie

STEP1. On the Tools menu, click "Delete Bowsing History...".

STEP2. From the "Cookies" section, select "Delete cookies...".

Please restart your browser and enter the Citibank URL http://www.citibank.co.jp to access the Citibank website. Then, please click on Citibank Online from the page to access the Citibank Online Sign on page. Please do not access this page from your Bookmark or Favorites from your browser.

2.	From the tab "General", under the "Browsing history" title, click "Settings"
3.	Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "View files"
4.	A window will pop up and please find the cookies which contains "@www.citibank.co.jp" and delete the file(s)
