From August 29th, 2012, we have added the following "About Citigold Status" to the Citigold program. We appreciate your understanding.

About Citigold Status

  • Citigold is a preferential service that Citibank makes available to selected customers who maintain a Total Average Monthly Relationship Balance equivalent to 10 million yen or more.
  • In cases where Citibank Japan judges that there has been abusive or unreasonable use of preferential services, Citibank Japan reserves the right to rescind Citigold status in accordance with reasonable standards for fair use of services.
