Important Notice about e-Statement from Citibank

Dear Customer,

Please note that there are some changes with e-Statement services as below due to the e-Statement delivery system change on August 5th, 2012.

<Detail of Changes>

  • The attached PDF file name will be changed from "Secured e-Statement[YYYYMMDD].pdf" to "e-Statement_MMDDYYYY.pdf". For example: "e-Statement_06052012.pdf" is the PDF file name for e-Statement as of June 5th, 2012.
  • Previously, the notification e-mail will not be sent if you registered the same primary and secondary e-mail addresses. However, from August 5th, 2012, the notification e-mail will be delivered to your registered secondary e-mail address regardless of whether that is the same with the primary e-mail address or not.
  • Previously, e-Statment (PDF file) required Adobe Reader 5.0 or above to open secured PDF file. However, from August 5th, 2012, it is required to use Adobe Reader 7.0 or above. To view your statements online in PDF format, kindly request you to install the latest version of "Adobe Reader" for free from the Adobe website.

    To view the PDF files above, you must first download and install Links to external sitesthe Adobe Reader software.

Also, regarding e-Statement resending request, it was possible to reissue the e-Statement for the latest three months at no charge previously. However, with the system change, the paper statement would be reissued at no charge as the replacement of e-Statement resending temporarily due to the system constraint. From August 5th, 2012, it will become available to resend the e-Statement for the latest three months at no charge.

e-Statement notification post card in personal information protection format will be continuously delivered to you semi-annually.
