Dear customers,
Thank you very much for banking with Citibank.
In light of decisions that have been taken at the government's Electricity Supply-Demand Review Committee and Energy and Environment Council, there is a possibility of planned and coordinated rolling electricity blackouts in the service areas of the Kansai, Kyushu, Shikoku, and Hokkaido Electric Power Companies.
Citibank will make every effort not to inconvenience our customers, but, in the cases where rolling electricity blackouts are actually implemented, those Citibank branches and ATMs located in the areas serviced by these electricity power companies, will be temporarily out of service during the blackout periods. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask for your understanding in this matter.
