Beware of Fraudulent CD-ROMsThere have been reports of CD-ROMs sent to banking customers that fraudulently purport to represent their bank. Customers who installed software on the CD-ROMs then had money transferred from their accounts fraudulently. Citibank never sends CD-ROMs like this to customers. If you receive a CD-ROM that is purportedly sent from "Citibank", do not insert the CD-ROM into your PC, and please contact CitiPhone Banking immediately. Related information |
