First, please contact CitiPhone Banking to block your account immediately.
Also, it would be a sensible precaution to change your PIN (Card PIN), T-PIN (Telephone PIN) or Citibank Online user ID and password. Please be sure to change your user ID and passwords regularly.
CitiPhone Banking
Lost/stolen cash card notifications and inquiries are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
