Beware of Forged Cash Card Crime

Many customers who have used ATMs outside Japan have reported forged cash card crime.

Citibank requests you to maintain the utmost vigilance when using your Cash card, especially when traveling abroad. We recommend that you change your PIN immediately after using your ATM card overseas. Also, to minimize any potential losses, please make use of our Limit Control Service to decrease your CD/ATM withdrawal limits, and register for Alert Service if you have not already done so.

Citibank may suspend use of your card or reduce your withdrawal limit to protect your account if there is reason to suspect that the card has fallen into the wrong hands through loss, theft or forgery.
