Can I purchase investment products even if I get a low customer risk score？
The customer risk score corresponds to the risk level associated with the investment products which we offer. Citibank cannot recommend nor sell to customers who do not have a risk score equivalent or higher than the risk level associated with the investment product.
For instance, a customer with a risk score of "3" will have access to products and services with a product risk level rated at "3" or lower.
