What should I do if I don't need to receive the notification email anymore?

Sign on Citibank Online, select "Customer Service" from the menu on the left and then select "Manage eStatements". Use the menu to delete your secondary email address and then click the Submit button to stop receiving the notification messages. Alternatively, you can call CitiPhone Banking at (toll-free) 0120-110-330 (available 24 hours, 365 days).
