What is an eStatement？

An eStatement is an encrypted PDF file of your Consolidated Bank Statement, which is sent by email to the email address you registered. (If you have an e-Savings Account, the address is the email address you registered as email Address 1 when you opened the account). You need a 14-character password to open the encrypted PDF file of your eStatement, which comes attached to an email.
