Important notice for your Foreign Currency Time DepositsJanuary, 2010 Dear Customer, At Citibank, we continue to strive to simplify product explanations and revise product features from time to time based on voice of customers and their investment needs. In line with this, we are not handling Automatic renewals of long-term Foreign Currency Time Deposits with a deposit term of over one year (including Monthly Smile) and My First Gaika from October 2009. Accordingly, on February 17th, 2010 following Automatic renewal instructions set up by you will be cancelled. Automatic renewal will not be handled going forward for the below Foreign Currency Time Deposits whose expiry date comes after February 17th, 2010.
Please note that your Foreign Currency Time Deposits will be transferred to your MultiMoney Foreign Currency Savings Deposits at the maturity. You can use our convenient Internet Banking “Citibank Online” and CitiPhone Banking Customer Service to move your deposit after maturity as desired. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but would greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter. Citibank will continue to make efforts to improve the services it offers.
