Suspending Transfers to Unregistered Payees

	During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

By using the “Transfers to Unregistered Payee” Service, you can make transfers to payees not on your Payee List. If you wish to terminate this service, follow the instructions below.

Suspending transfers to unregistered payees

Select "Fund Transfers" from the menu on the left and then click "Suspend Transfers to Unregistered Payees".

Make sure you understand the precautions below and then click "Suspend".

*	To reactivate transfers to unregistered payees, you will need to enter a One Time Password (OTP).
*	If you are concerned that a third party may know your OTP, suspend the OTP Service rather than suspending transfers to unregistered payees. Follow the link below for more details.

Transfers to unregistered payees has been temporarily suspended.

Now you can continue to another operation.

To reactivate transfers to unregistered payees, click "Re-activate".

*	The OTP used for reactivating transfers to unregistered payees is only valid for one use and must be used within 1 hour. Follow the link below for more details.
