Reactivating Transfers to Unregistered Payees

By using the “Transfers to Unregistered Payee” Service, you can make transfers to payees not on your Payee List. *To reactivate transfers to unregistered payees, you will need to enter a One Time Password (OTP). If you wish to reactivate this service, follow the instructions below.
Requesting One Time Password
Select "Fund Transfers" from the menu on the left and then click "Re-activate Transfers to Unregistered Payees".
Click "Proceed” to Request One Time Password.
To change your OTP email address, you need to obtain an OTP (which will only be valid to be used one time and within one hour).
When you click "Proceed” to request One Time Password", a One Time Password will be sent to your registered email address.
| * | If your OTP email address has already changed, for example if you have lost your mobile phone or changed your mobile phone company, you will need to re-register for the One Time Password Service. |

Enter your One Time Password
Enter the OTP that was sent to your registered email address.
Confirm the One Time Password you entered, then click "Next".

Reactivate transfers to unregistered payees
Click "Submit".

Reactivation complete
Your fund transfers to unregistered payee has now been reactivated.
Now you can continue to another operation.
To transfer funds right away, click "Make a Fund Transfer".
