Disabling the One Time Password Service

	During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

Follow the instructions below to suspend the One Time Password Service.

Disabling the One Time Password Service

Select "Fund Transfers" from the menu on the left and then click "Disable OTP".

If you lose your mobile phone or detect a security problem on your PC, you can stop the One Time Password Service.

Make sure you understand the precautions below and then click "Disable".

Your OTP Service has been suspended.

Now you can continue to another operation.

To re-start the OTP Service, click "Re-register OTP Email Address".
