Customers must sign on first in order to execute transactions or register for our services on Citibank Online. Below are the instructions for signing on and using the virtual pad, plus a note for those using Citibank Online for the first time.
Note for Those Using Citibank Online for the First Time
Customers wishing to use Citibank Online for the first time must register. Click “First time using Citibank Online?” to register.
Those who have been using Citibank Online and have signed on by entering their Savings account number (last 7 digits of the 16 digits number inscribed on your Banking Card) and PIN for Citibank Online (PC-PIC), must re-register in order to use Citibank Online, due to changes on Citibank Online. How to Sign On
Enter your User ID.
Customers are required to choose and register a combination of 6 to 50 one-byte letters and numbers as their User IDs. In addition to all one-byte letters and numbers, “at mark” (@), period (.) and underscore (_) may be used. Please note that our computer system does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Enter your password.
Customers are required to choose and register combinations of a combination of 6 to 20 one-byte letters and numbers as their passwords. Please also note that neither 3 or more letters in alphabetical order (e.g., abcdefg) nor 3 or more numbers in numerical order (e.g., 12345) may be used. The same letter or number may not be repeated 3 or more times in succession (e.g., aaa or 111). Please note that our computer system does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Other than using your own keyboard, passwords may also be entered using our Virtual Pad. Unlike entering passwords using a keyboard, the Virtual Pad ensures internet security because it does not save a record of information you enter into your computer.

How To Use the Virtual Pad
- You may enter your password by clicking on the letters and/or numbers on the Virtual Pad. The Virtual Pad is designed in such a way that there are no changes on the screen when you enter information, so people around you will not be able to see what you enter.
- Letters and numbers you enter will be denoted by asterisks (*) in the field box.
- Click “Enter” when finished entering your password.
- Click “Back” if you would like to delete the information you entered.
- There is no distinction between uppercase and lowercase letters on the Virtual Pad. Choose letters regardless of case.
