Even if you have forgotten your user ID, you still have access to your registration details. Below are the instructions for checking your registration details, and for using the Virtual Pad.
Enter Yen Savings Account Number/ Telephone Personal ID Number (T-PIN) / Birth Date
Enter your Yen Savings account number.
Your Yen Savings account number is the last 7 digits of the number printed on your banking card from right to left.
Enter your Telephone Personal ID Number (T-PIN).
Your Telephone Personal ID Number (T-PIN) may be entered by using the Virtual Pad as well as your keyboard. Unlike entering your T-PIN using the computer keyboard, using the Virtual Pad ensures internet security because it does not save a record of information you enter into your computer.
Enter your date of birth.
When entering your birth date, the month and day should both be entered as 2 digits. The year should be 4 digits in the western calendar.
Your birth date may be entered using the Virtual Pad as well as your keyboard. Using the Virtual Pad ensures internet security because it does not save a record of information you enter into your computer.
Ensure that the information you entered is correct, then click “Next.”

Check Registration Details.
Your registered user ID and Yen Savings account number will be displayed.

How To Use the Virtual Pad.
- You may enter your password by clicking on the letters and/or numbers on the Virtual Pad. The Virtual Pad is designed in such a way that there are no changes on the screen when you enter information, so people around you will not be able to see what you enter.
- Letters and numbers you enter will be denoted by asterisks (*) in the field box (except birth date).
- Click “Enter” when finished entering your password.
- Click “Back” if you would like to delete the information you entered.
- On the Virtual Pad, there is no distinction between uppercase and lowercase characters. Choose letters regardless of case.
