Configure Alert Service

	During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

The Alert Service is a service that sends messages to your registered e-mail address, notifying you of your bank card usage, modification or execution of Order Watch, etc.

Below are the instructions for registering for or updating your Alert Service.

Register or Update Alert E-mail Address

You need to register your e-mail address in order to use the Alert Service. If you have not registered your e-mail address, or if you need to update your e-mail address, please go to “Alert Service E-mail Address” in the menu item, “Customer Service” to complete your registration. Select Details for Your Alert Service

Select the language in which you would like to receive alerts.

Alerts will be sent to you in the language you selected from the languages listed below.

• Japanese
• English

Select the types of alerts you would like to receive as well as the e-mail addresses for the receipt of alert e-mails.

Example: If you wish to receive card usage alerts at both e-mail addresses 1 and 2, but wish to receive invalid PIN alerts only at e-mail address 2, check the boxes as shown below.

Read “Notices Regarding Alert Service.” . If you understand and agree to the notices, check the appropriate box to confirm your agreement. and click “Register.”

Details you selected in Step 2 will be displayed.
