Limit Control Change

	During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

In the menu item, “Limit Control Change,” you can change your cash card withdrawal limit for each account. Please note that you can only request a lower limit for your cash card at Citibank Online. Also please note that you can only request one limit change for one account per business day.

Selecting an account

Select the account for which you would like to know the cash card withdrawal limit, then click on “Next.”

Select an account from the drop-down menu. The limits will be displayed in appropriate currencies according to the account you have selected.
Please note that request of changing cash card withdrawal limits is not available at Citibank Online for the accounts listed below. For request of change, please contact the nearest Branch or call CitiPhone Banking. (In Japan: 0120-110-330 Outside Japan: 81-44-540-0741)

• Accounts for which a request for a Limit Control Change has already been made on a business day.
• Accounts whose cash card withdrawal/funds transfer limits are set to zero.
• Corporate accounts

Request a limit change

Select an amount to which you would like to change your cash card withdrawal limit, then click on “Next.”

The cash card daily withdrawal limit for the selected account will be displayed. Select a limit from the drop-down menu.

*	Displayed amounts in “Current Limit” are based on data as of 4:50 pm (Japan Standard Time) on a business day.

Limit changes will be in effect 3 to 5 business days after your submission of request.

Details for “Domestic Total Cash Withdrawal Limit” are shown below.

Please note that you can only request a lower limit for your cash card at Citibank Online. To increase your limit, please consult an associate at one of our branches or at CitiPhone Banking line. (In Japan: 0120-110-330 Outside Japan: 81-44-540-0741)

Confirm the details of your request. If the details are correct, click on “Yes.”

Also confirm the below points.

• Limit changes will be in effect 3 to 5 business days after your submission of request via Citibank Online.
• You can only request one limit change for one account per business day if the request is filed via Citibank Online.

Click on “Request for Other Accounts.”

To view your transaction records/To print out your transaction records.

Click on “View Transaction Record.”
