Change Password

	During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

In the menu item, “Change Password,” you may change the password you registered to sign on to Citibank Online. Below are the instructions for changing your password and for using the Virtual Pad.

Enter Your Current Password/New Password You Would Like To Register

Enter your current password and the new password you would like to register in the appropriate boxes.

Enter your current Citibank Online password in the box, “Current Password.”
Your new password must be a combination of from 6 to 20 Single-byte letters and numbers.

• Please note that no marks or signs may be used. Please also note that neither 3 or more letters in alphabetical order (e.g., abcdefg) nor 3 or more numbers in numerical order (e.g., 12345) may be used. The same letter or number may not be repeated 3 or more times in succession (e.g., aaa or 111).
• Your password must be different from your user ID.
• Please note that our computer system does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.
• The new password must be different from the most recent password you have registered for other services on Citibank Online.

Other than using your own keyboard, passwords may also be entered using our Virtual Pad. Unlike entering passwords using a keyboard, the Virtual Pad ensures internet security because it does not save a record of information you enter into your computer.

Ensure that all the information you entered is correct, then click “Change Password.”

How To Use the Virtual Pad

• You may enter your password by clicking on the letters and/or numbers on the Virtual Pad. The Virtual Pad is designed in such a way that there are no changes on the screen when you enter information, so people around you will not be able to see what you enter.
• Letters and numbers you enter will be denoted by asterisks (*) in the field box.
• Click “Enter” when finished entering your password.
• Click “Back” if you would like to delete the information you entered.
• There is no distinction between uppercase and lowercase letters on the Virtual Pad. Choose letters regardless of case.
