Customers may change the registered address in the menu, “Change Address”.
Below are instructions for making address changes.
Confirm Your Registered Address
Your current registered address will be displayed.
Ensure that it is correct, then select what you would like to change. Click on “Next.”

Enter changes you would like to make
Enter changes you would like to make, then click on “Next”.
To change your registered address only
Enter zip code and click on “Search”. Possible addresses will appear. Select one.

- Zip code (one-byte letters)
- Prefecture (two-byte Kata-kana and Kanji)
- Address 1 (two-byte Kata-kana and Kanji)
- Address 2 (two-byte Kata-kana and Kanji)
- Address 3 (two-byte Kata-kana and Kanji)
To change your registered address and phone number
A required field is listed below.
To change your registered phone number only
Enter zip code, then click on “Search”. Possible addresses will appear. Select one.

Confirm details of the information you entered, then click on “Request address change”
