Send a Message

During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

In the menu item, “Send a Message,” you can compose and send messages to our associates at Citibank Customer Service.

How to Send a Message

Select a subject from the drop-down menu, and write a message in the appropriate space.

Both selecting a subject and writing a message are mandatory. Please note that the message will be saved in your Sent Folder if you check the box “Save this message.”

Ensure that the message is composed as you desire, then click on “Send this message.”

If the message is sent successfully, the next page that appears will confirm that the message has been sent.
