During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online. |
In the menu item, “Read New Messages,” you can read messages sent from Citibank. Below are the instructions for reading messages and using this service.
How to Use the Inbox
Received messages are displayed chronologically.
You may execute the following transactions.
To read messages
Click on the message you would like to read. To learn more about this, click on the link below.

To compose a new message
Click on “Compose.” To learn more about this, click on the link below.
Compose a message
To delete a message
Check the box located to the left of the message you would like to delete, and click on “Delete.”
To download a message
Click on “Download.” The message will be downloaded in text format in the folder you selected.
How to Read Messages in Your Inbox/How to Use this Service
- Date
The Date shows the day and time that Citibank sent you the message.
- Subject
The subject of the message will be displayed.
You may execute the following transactions.
To reply to this message
Click on “Reply to this message.” To learn more about this, click on the link below.
Replying to message
To read the next message/previous message
To read the next message, click on “Next message.” To read the previous message, click on ”Previous message.”
To delete a message
Click on “Delete message.”
To download a message
Click on “Download.” The message will be downloaded in text format in a folder you have selected.
