Download Account Activities

	During your session, please do not use Browser Back Button and use "Back" or "Cancel" button inside Citibank Online.

In the menu item, "Download Account Activities," you may download all account activity including those executed at CitiPhone Banking and/or our branches. Below are the instructions for downloading your account activities.

Enter Time Period/Account/Format

Enter the time period for which you would like to download transactions.

If you select, "All Transactions Since Last Downloaded Transaction," records of all your transactions executed since the last time you downloaded your transaction records, up to the current date, will be downloaded.

If you enter a date in the "From" box or in the "Only" box, records of transactions executed only for that specific time period will be downloaded.

If you enter dates in either the "From and "To" boxes; or the "Only" and "To" boxes; records of all transactions executed during the selected period will be downloaded.

However, please note that the maximum number of transactions is 3,000.

• You may download transaction records for the past 180 days.
• The most recent downloadable transaction record is that for the most recent business day. If the date you select is a holiday, the transaction record for one business day prior to the holiday you select will be shown at the top of the transaction record.
• The date of the transaction record you wish to download must be entered as MM/DD/YYYY using only one-byte numbers (e.g., 04/23/2007).

Select the account from which you would like to download transaction records.

If you select "All the accounts you would like to select from the list below," you must select more than one account.

Select the file format in which you would like your account activity to be downloaded.

Currently, the only download format available on Citibank Online is the CSV format.

*	The CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file format uses commas to separate values. Most application software today is designed to import data from CSV files.

Ensure that the details you enter are correct, then click "Download Account Activities."

Save Downloaded File

Save the downloaded file on your computer.

Please confirm where your downloaded file will be saved on your computer before saving.

Click "Download Account Activities for Next Selected Account."

If you have selected more than one account in Step 1, the account activity for the next selected account will be downloaded by clicking on "Download Account Activities for Next Selected Account."
