This menu is for inquiry of your cash card daily withdrawal limit.

Select an account

Select the account for which you would like to know the cash card withdrawal limit, then click on “Next.”

Select an account from the drop-down menu. The limits will be displayed in appropriate currencies according to the account you have selected.
Please note that inquiry of cash card withdrawal limit is not available at Citibank Online for the accounts listed below. For request of inquiry, please consult the nearest Branch or call CitiPhone Banking. (In Japan: 0120-110-330 Outside Japan: 81-44-540-0741)

Inquiry on the cash card withdrawal limit

The cash card daily withdrawal limit for the selected account will be displayed.

Displayed amounts are based on data as of 16:50 (Japan Standard Time) on a business day. This means that the amount you can actually withdraw/transfer may be different from what is displayed.

*	Please note that, on weekends and holidays, the information is as of 16:50 (Japan Standard Time) on the previous business day.
