You can use your Banking Card at approximately one million CDs/ATMs in 170 countries worldwide to withdraw funds from your Yen Savings Account in the local currency of the country you are in. You can make withdrawals and check your account balance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at CDs/ATMs operated by Citibank or members of our affiliated network.

Conversion exchange rate for using overseas CDs/ATMs from foreign currency to yen is, in the case of US dollars, equal to the daily telegraphic transfer sales rate (TTS) at the Citibank Japan Ltd. Where your account is held +3% (TTS × 1.03). For other currencies, the amount is converted into US dollars at the rate determined by the partner company, then converted to yen at the above rate. When you withdraw cash from a CD or ATM outside Japan, you will be charged overseas ATM service charge of 210 yen (incl. tax) per withdrawal when using your Banking Card and US$2.00 per withdrawal when using you Gaika Cash Card. Some CDs/ATMs operators charge a fee for using the machine. Some CDs/ATMs operators charge network fees in using overseas network.

Traveler's Check
Citibank issues US Dollar, Euro, Australian Dollar and British Pound traveler's checks to Citibank account holders in Japan with 1% of total face value of checks issued(normaly 2% of total face value of checks issued). Customers can buy them with Yen funds, or with funds withdrawn from deposits of each currency.
US Dollar Cash Exchange Service
Citibank buys and sells US dollars in cash at branch service counters. Not only you can exchange your yen funds for US dollars, but you can also withdraw US dollars in cash directly from your US Dollar Savings Account.*
