Enroll for e-Statements and help to save the environment and free yourself from paper clutter.

Features of e-Statement

1.: The "e-Statement" service delivers your monthly bank statement in an encrypted PDF attachment delivered to your registered e-mail address.
2.: e-Statements contain the same information as the paper bank statements that you would otherwise receive from us by mail.
3.: e-Statement contains all accounts and transactions you have with Citibank including Savings Account, Time Deposit, and Mutual Funds.
4.: The PDF files you receive are encrypted with a 14-character password for security.
5.: Pleased be advised that we may block your account to ensure the safety of your account in case mail can not be reached. We would appreciate if you could immediately contact us when you have changed your registered postal email address.
6.: You can request for re-issuance of paper statement without fee, please contact Citiphone Banking. However, re-issuance of paper statement in addition to e-Statement will incur a service charge depending on the accounts you hold.

Notes

* You can not receive both e-Statements and paper bank statements.
* A record of delivered e-Statements is sent to your registered postal address on a quarterly basis.
* Reissuance of paper statements in addition to an e-Statement will incur a service charge. For customers who owns Yen saving accounts at our branch, free paper statement reissuance service is available for some cases. For more details, please click here.
* Paper Statemement cannot be re-issued by e-Statement. Only re-issue by paper is available for Paper Statement.

You can receive your e-Statements wherever you are in the world, affording you extra peace of mind even when you are away from home for extended periods.
Saving the file attachment on your computer will allow you to consult it even when Internet access is not available.
Being paperless, e-Statements contribute to the environmental conservation*.

Citibank Online

Login to Citibank Online with your ID and Enroll for immediate activation.


Login to Sign on to CBOL and Select ｢Manage e-Statements」 from 「Customer Service」	Select your prefered Language setting for eStatement.	Check ｢Agree to Receive｣ and register e-mail address where eStatement to be delivered.

Now your eSatement is activated.

By Phone

Please call CitiPhone Banking at 0120-110-330(24 hours a day, 365 days a year), press "*2" for English guidance and "0" to make a request to a customer service staff with your account number, T-PIN (Telephone Personal Identification Number) and your e-mail address.

* You can not apply e-Statement service by phone if you have a mutual funds account with Citibank. Please apply from Citibank Online or send us your request form by mail.

e-Statement is delivered to your registered e-mail address.


Your monthly e-statement is sent to your registered e-mail address in the form of a PDF file as an attachment.	You can open the PDF file by entering your 14-character password. * Sample image of e-Statement	You can save and/or print out the PDF file.

How to save on your PC

1.: Select "Save a copy" from the "File" menu on Adobe Reader. Or select "Save a copy" from the Adobe Reader toolbar.

2.: Choose the location to save the PDF file on you computer.
*: Saved PDF files are also protected by encrypted passwords. You will still need to enter your 14-character password to open your saved PDF file.

How to print out

Press "Print" on the "File" menu of Adobe Reader, specify a printer and print the document. You can also press "Print" icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar.

The printing settings of e-Statements will be the same as that of your usual printer.
