Consolidated Bank Statements

You can check your transaction details and account balance at a glance with your Consolidated Bank Statement.

Unlike Japanese banks, Citibank does not provide you with a bankbook. Since we summarize all account balances and transaction details into a Consolidated Bank Statement that we send to you regularly, the bankbook has become redundant. Citibank provides this service globally. We also enclose newsletters and campaign information with your Consolidated Bank statement.

Citibank also offers the e-Statement service: Citibank will send as PDF files to the e-mail address you specify the paper Consolidated Bank Statements you have been receiving by postal mail. The e-Statements will contain the same details and will be sent to you with the same timing as the paper Consolidated Bank Statements. Organizing your bank statements will become easier as you will have the overall control of your accounts on your computer, and since the e-Statements are paperless, you will be able to contribute to the protection of the environment. Please see here for details on the e-Statement.
