Citibank cannot guarantee that the above mentioned combinations will work in every situation as there are many variables such as browser plug-ins/overlays, anti-virus software, security and other patches to operating systems/browsers which cannot be tested in every single combination.
Browser Settings
If you use Internet Explorer 6, you can use Citibank Online with the default browser setting.
If you have changed your settings, please follow the directions below.

- Enable JavaScript.

- Select "Tools" from the menu bar.

- Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

- Select the "Security" tab from "Internet Options".
- (4)
- Select "Custom" from "Security Level for this zone" in the "Internet Zone".

- Next, click the "Custom Level" button located to the right of "Custom".

- Select "Enable" for "Active Scripting" and "Scripting of Java applets" in "Script" on the "Security Settings" screen.

- Click the "OK" button at the bottom.

- Set SSL v3.0.

- Select "Tools" from the menu bar.

- Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

- Select the "Advanced" tab from "Internet Options".

- Select "Use SSL 3.0" in "Security" on the "Advanced" screen.

- Click the "OK" button at the bottom.

- IE6: Select "Always allow session cookies" in "Cookies" on the "Advanced Privacy Settings" screen.
IE7: Select "Override auotmatic cookie handling" on the "Advanced Privacy Settings" screen. And Select "Accept" in "First-party Cookies" and "Third-party Cookies" on the "Advanced Privacy Settings" screen.
