Fund Transfers

Use "Transfers to Unregistered Payees" if you wish to transfer funds to domestic bank accounts that you have not registered. You will need to register with the One Time Password Service in advance in order to make transfers to unregistered payees. If the payee is an account in Japan, you may register the account when first transferring funds to it as an unregistered payee. After the account has been registered, you can make transfers to it using the "Domestic Transfers" option on the "Transfers to Registered Payees" menu.
If you wish to remit funds overseas, you will need to register the payee in advance using the designated registration form. After you have registered the payee, you may remit funds using the "Overseas Remittances" option on the "Transfers to Registered Payees" menu.

- *When registering an email address, you may choose to register either a mobile phone email address or computer email address. We recommend that you register a mobile phone email address for enhanced account security.
*A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address to notify you that your application has been processed.
*After you register an email address, you will be sent a notice containing your Reference number by registered mail. After you receive the notice, you will be able to enable the One Time Password Service by going to "Enable OTP" on Citibank Online and entering your Reference number. You will then immediately be able to make transfers to unregistered payees.
Changing Your OTP Email Address
Change the email address you use to receive One Time Passwords.
*You will need to enter a One Time Password in order to make changes. You may change your email address after you have acquired a One Time Password via your registered email address.
*A confirmation e-mail and a document noting the change of your registered e-mail address will be sent to your newly registered e-mail address and to your registered physical address.
*If you register wrong e-mail address, One Time Password Service would not be valid. Please note that you would need to re-register online and by e-mail in order to use this service again.
Disable OTP
Disable the One Time Password Service after you have registered for it.
*If you wish to reactivate the service after having stopped it, you will again need to register on Citibank Online and enter the Reference number sent to you by registered mail.

- Citibank Online *Your risk score is good for one year from when it is acquired. We ask that customers update their risk scores based on new details and circumstances, such as when your financial status or investment objectives change, or when other relevant changes occur, even if you've had your current risk score less than one year.
*Generally, you may only complete one Personal Profiling Questionnaire per day.
As an exception, on Citibank Online, you may fill out the questionnaire once more on that day if you need to correct an error. Please be aware that after you acquire a risk score via Citibank Online, you may not complete another questionnaire on Citibank Online for thirty days from the day after submission of the questionnaire.

Assumes an exchange rate at the time of deposit (TTS) and a Yen-based yield in order to determine the exchange rate at maturity/withdrawal (TTB) required to generate the specified yield.
FCY Buy Calculator
Assumes an exchange rate at maturity/withdrawal (TTB) and a Yen-based yield in order to determine the exchange rate at the time of deposit (TTS) required to generate the specified yield.
