How to Register Your ID and Password
Those who use Citibank Online or Citibank Mobile for the first time are required to register for User IDs and Passwords.
You can use your Citibank Online User ID and Password to sign on to Citibank Mobile.
Please follow the instruction below to register your User ID and Password through Citibank Mobile.
STEP1

Enter your Yen Savings account number. Your Yen Savings account number is the last 7 digits of the number inscribed on your Banking Card.
Enter your telephone personal ID number (T-PIN ). Your telephone personal ID number (T-PIN) may be entered by using the Virtual Pad as well as your keyboard.
Enter your date of birth. When entering your birth date, the month and day should both be entered as 2 digits. The year should be 4 digits in the western calendar.
Ensure that the information you entered is correct, then select "Next".

STEP2

Agree to Terms and Conditions. Ensure that you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions , then select "Agree".
Please note that if you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, you may not use our Citibank Online service.

STEP3
|
Compose a combination of 6 to 50 one-byte letters and numbers as your user ID, then register this combination. Your user ID must be composed of both letters and numbers.
In addition to all one-byte letters and numbers, “at mark” (@), period (.) and underscore (_) may be used. Please also note that neither 3 or more letters in alphabetical order (e.g., abcdefg) nor 3 or more numbers in numerical order (e.g., 12345) may be used. The same letter or number may not be repeated 3 or more times in succession (e.g., aaa or 111).
Your user ID must be different from your password.
Please note that your Account Number, Telephone Personal ID Number (T-PIN), or Birth Date cannot be used.
If our system indicates that the user ID you requested is already in use, you will be instructed to compose and register a different user ID.
Please note that our computer system does not distinguish between uppercase and lower case letters.
Enter your password.
Your password must be a combination of 6 to 20 one-byte letters and numbers.
Please note that no marks or signs may be used. Please also note that neither 3 or more letters in alphabetical order (e.g., abcdefg) nor 3 or more numbers in numerical order (e.g., 12345) may be used. The same letter or number may not be repeated 3 or more times in succession (e.g., aaa or 111).
Please note that your Account Number, Telephone Personal ID Number (T-PIN), or Birth Date cannot be used.
Your password must be different from your user ID.
Please note that our computer system does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.

Please cofirm your UserID. Congratulations, you will be now signed on to Citibank Mobile to start your transactions.
