Supplementary Cards
Citibank offers you the opportunity to share the privileges and benefits of your Banking Cards with your family by providing them with Supplementary Cards.
- "Supplementary cards" are Banking Cards for family members of Citibank account holders.
- Since it has the same functions as your regular Banking Card, a supplementary card can be used in upwards of 170 countries and regions worldwide.
| * | Citigold Banking Card and Citigold Premium Card are not issued as Supplementary Cards. |

- In principle, only persons with the same surname as the account holder may be issued a supplementary card.
- The charge for issuing a supplementary card is 1,050 yen (including tax).
