You enter your password with a virtual keypad that appears on your computer screen.

The Virtual Pad is easy to use, with no registration required.

You don't need to register to use the Virtual Pad. All you have to do is to select “Use Virtual Pad” on the Citibank Online log-in screen.

Using the Virtual Pad

Click "Use Virtual Pad" on the Citibank Online log-in screen.   Enter your password with by clicking the appropriate letters and numerals on the Virtual Pad with your mouse.   Click "Enter" on the Virtual Pad to complete the process.

"All my savings disappeared from the account I use for online transactions via my PC. Someone must have used spyware to steal my personal data and transfer my money to an unknown account."
