Password which can be used only one time are issued upon your request. One Time Password Service protects your account from unauthorized use, supporting account safety and security.

The password is safe because it includes a random combination of numbers making it difficult for other people to guess.

The password that will be sent to your registered e-mail address are composed of six digits selected at random, it making them harder to guess and safer

Passwords will be sent to your pre-registered e-mail address each time you request one.

The password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You must first request a One Time Password using the menus at Citibank Online, and then a One Time Password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Your password is only valid for one time use, making it perfect for preventing your account from fraudulent or unauthorized use.

Your password becomes invalid one hour after it is issued whether you use it or not. A One Time Password can only be used once. One Time Passwords (OTP) service applications are accepted only through Citibank Online. As soon as we receive your OTPservice application, we will send an email confirmation of your registered email address to receive OTP and a receipt of your application. In order to activate your OTP Service after you apply, You must enter the Customer Code on Citibank Online with the "Initiate OTP Service" menu at the left navigation. The Customer Code will be sent to you by registered mail after the completion of OTP service application. This system prevents your account from unauthorized use.

*	A One Time Password used for Transfers to Unregistered Payee service is valid for four entries during one Signed On session, unless you sign off of Citibank Online.

The One Time Password is a password required in order to use the Transfers to Unregistered Payee Service.

The Transfers to Unregistered Payee service is a service that allows you to transfer funds whenever you want to payees that you have not been registered in advance.

Using the One Time Password Service

Applications are accepted only through Citibank Online. As soon as we receive your application, we will send an email confirming the email address you registered to receive One Time Passwords (OTP) and receipt of your application. In order to validate your OTP Service application, after you apply you must retrieve the Customer Code included in the notice sent to you by registered mail. You then enter it on Citibank Online with the "Initiate OTP Service" menu.

Customers who create an “e-Savings” account as their first account with Citibank may register an e-mail address for the One Time Password Service at the same time as opening their e-Savings account. In such cases, re-application for this service is not necessary. (A “signature card” will be sent to Citibank and the service will be activated.)

*	Requests for One Time Passwords can only be made at Citibank Online. These requests cannot be made by phone.
*	Up to four fund transfers to unregistered payees may be made during one Signed On session using your One Time Password, unless you sign off from Citibank Online. For all other services, the One Time Password is valid for only one transaction.

• No fee will be charged by Citibank for applying for the One Time Password Service. However, please note that internet provider and connection fees as well as mobile phone “packet” service fees will be incurred.
• The One Time Password Service is not available for corporate or non-resident account holders.
