Notice regarding application
  • *Upon applying for the Citibank Citi Card, your eligibility for enrollment, cash advance, and card loan features will be screened and determined by Citi Cards Japan, Inc. Citi Cards Japan, Inc. will notify you of your results, but please note that there are cases in which your results may not meet your expectations. Citibank Japan Ltd. does not take any part of the provision of this credit card service including the screening process mentioned above. Disputes related to the screening results, if any, shall be handled and resolved between the customer and Citi Cards Japan, Inc.
  • *Your application form will not be returned to you.
  • *You may not register foreign addresses. Please note that there are cases in which Citi Cards Japan, Inc. requires you to return your Citibank credit card if you move abroad after your enrollment.
  • *Your PIN and Telephone PIN, which you will be required to enter upon using our interactive voice response service and the cash advance service, will automatically be set by Citi Cards Japan, Inc. for securtiy reasons. Citi Cards Japan, Inc. will mail you your credit card and a PIN notification letter seperately also for security reasons.
  • *If your Citibank account you have designated for your credit card payment is canceled, or if you designate a non-Citibank account for your credit card payments after your enrollment, Citi Cards Japan, Inc. is entitled to cancel your membership. If your Citibank status changes, Citi Cards Japan, Inc. will replace your existing credit card with an appropriate card.
  • *Citibank Citi Card and Citibank Diners Club Card are credit cards issued by Citi Cards Japan, Inc.
  • *Credit card features and services are provided by Citi Cards Japan, Inc.
