デルタ航空とノースウエスト航空の合併に伴う弊社カード変更のご案内
平素より、ノースウエスト／シティ ワールドパークスVISAカードをご愛顧いただき厚く御礼申しあげます。
今般のデルタ航空とノースウエスト航空の合併に伴い、ノースウエスト航空のマイレージプログラム「ワールドパークス」とデルタ航空の「スカイマイル」が統合され、新たに「スカイマイル」として運用が開始されます。
これに伴いまして、皆様にご愛用いただいております提携カードも、現行のクレジット機能はそのままに、デザインを変更させていただきます。
また、現在のカードをご利用の方には、現在カード表面に刻印しております「ワールドパークス」会員口座番号から「スカイマイル」会員口座番号へ変更して2010年1月より順次お送りします。
※2009年10月～12月に更新を迎えるお客様へは、新しいデザインのカードで「ワールドパークス」会員番号を刻印したカードを発行しますが、2010年1月以降に「スカイマイル」会員口座番号を刻印したカードを再度お送りします。
なお、現在ご利用いただいております「ノースウエスト／シティ ワールドパークスVISAカード」は新しいデザインのカードがお手元に到着するまで、引き続きご利用いただけます。
また、これまでお貯めいただいたワールドパークスマイルは新しい「スカイマイル」会員口座に自動的に移行され、現在ご利用いただいているカードでのショッピングマイルにつきましても、新しい「スカイマイル」会員口座に加算いたしますので、ご安心のうえ引き続きご利用ください。
なお、以下の点につきましても変更はございません。
- 年会費
- クレジットカード番号
- 現在ご設定の暗証番号
- カード利用可能額／現在ご利用中のカードローン/リボルビング払いの残高
- カード付帯保険の補償内容

Notice of the change of Citi cards related to merger of Delta Air Lines® and North Airlines®
Thank you very much for using Northwest / Citi WorldPerks VISA cards.
Due to the recent merger of Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines, the mileage program of Northwest Airlines - WorldPerks®- will be integrated with Delta's SkyMiles® program and re-launched as the SkyMiles program.In line with the change, the design of your co-brand card plastics you are using now will be renewed without any change in the current credit features.
Also, if you have a current card with WorldPerks account number, you will receive a new card with SkyMiles account number in or after January 2010.
* If your current card expires in October - December 2009, you will receive a new card with the new design and your WorldPerks account number. Again, you will receive a new card with your SkyMiles account number in or after January 2010.
You can continue to use your Northwest / Citi WorldPerks VISA Card until you receive your card with new design and earn miles with the SkyMiles program automatically.
Please be assured that your WorldPerks miles will be transferred to your SkyMiles account automatically, and shopping miles collected by the current cards will be credited to your new SkyMiles account.
Even after the renewal of the card, we will not change
- annual fee
- credit card number
- current PIN
- spending limit and the balances of your current revolving loan and spending by revolving payment
- the coverage of the insurance policies furnished with your credit cards
We will inform you of the timing to send the cads with new design by postal mail in the middle of October 2009.
