Billing Amount Alert


Billing Amount Alert notifies amount to be billed every month by e-mail on the 5th day of every month (Next business day if the 5th falls on weekend or holiday) in this service. You can start to receive this alert from this month as long as you enroll in this service up to two business days before your designated statement closing date.

Direct Debit Result Alert


Direct Debit Result Alert notifies the results of direct debit success via e-mail after an attempt to debit the payment has been processed. (Delivery date varies based on your registered financial institution)
The alert for the month will be sent as long as you enroll in this service up to two business days before your monthly direct debit date.


¦ Please note that the alert will not be sent when payment is made the at ATM or convenience store. Register is required for the use of this service.

¦ [To cancel this service] Please revice your registration preference by removing a tick mark in the checkbox of your selected alert type and reregister by 15th day of the month for Billing Amount Alert or by two business days before the direct debit date designated in your financial institution for Direct Debit Result Alert.

How to Register

Citi Cards Online Sign On Easy to register on Internet!
Registration available via Citi Cards Online


STEP1

Please enter your User ID and Password and then sign on to Citi Cards Online.

¦ If you are not a user of Citi Cards Online, please click here for new registration.
To register, you will need to enter your Card Number and Telephone PIN (T-PIN).
If you are uncertain about your T-PIN, please call our Call Center (at 0120-003-081).
Choose Japanese or English, enter your Card Number, and press "6".

Select gRegistration/Requesth on the menu screen and click gCiti Alert Serviceh from the pull down menu.

Please read the guide and special agreement regarding this service for confirmation and enter your e-mail address to subscribe to this service.

¦ Please add @citi.com in your receiving domain list if you are using any spam e-mail protection services.

After confirming the special agreement, click the check box to move on to next page.

Select your preferred alert type, card type and your preferred e-mail address and go to gRegistrationh to complete your registration.
